When you submit a repair request, we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, optional email address, vehicle information, a description of the problem, your preferred visit date and time, and any photos you choose to upload.
How we use it
We use this information only to review your request, contact you about availability, and provide service for your vehicle. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Who can see it
Requests are stored securely and are visible only to authorized Empire Auto Repair staff and, when needed, the automotive professional assigned to your request. Uploaded photos are private and are never publicly accessible.
Checking your status
The status page shows only the current status and the date you requested, and only to someone who enters both your reference code and the last 4 digits of your phone number.
Spam protection
To protect our forms from abuse, we keep a one-way, anonymized fingerprint of the network a request came from. It cannot be used to identify you.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete your information at any time by contacting us or visiting the shop at 4323 Joliet Road, Lyons, IL 60534.
